Being both a professional administrator and a costume artist was a dual career for Wanda which displayed her versatility and artistic gaze. According to friends, her sewing room was a place of color, fabric, and imagination, where she could spend hours perfecting a hem or beading a bodice.

Wanda Sue Webster was the heart of her family. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Josie Hill Webster, her daughter Julie Ann Wallace and sister Nancy Davis.

Wanda Sue Webster, 78, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at The Waters of Shelbyville. She died peacefully surrounded by family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, per her family’s wishes. The family recommends donating to a local charity of your choice instead of flowers.
